At Montillo Italian Foods, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us—we’ll make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to info@vinocotto.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

 

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
